“Everything was excellent: room, buffet, restaurant Oasis, pool. Great staff!”

“What kind of all-inclusive doesn’t have some type of food available after dinner service? Why does the bar have to close at 12:00? Can’t one person stay on to serve the people that want to stay up a little later. Why can’t the kitchen staff make a decent hamburger? Bar and drink menu is an A+. Kitchen quality and flexibility is a C-minus.”

“Nice pool area and the food was quite nice with loads of vegetarian options, particularly at breakfast and lunch, not so much at dinner”

“Good value hotel”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“This place is worn out. No air conditioning, old flooring, old bathroom with broken grout etc. The guy at the front desk was really nice”

“nice staff, nice location, thank you so much ! Please stay here to enjoy the sunshine in Gran Canaria !”

“Colazione e cena eccellente e di qualità buona”
